Man, I was in a time of need and L&S stepped up to the plate and literally did everything they could to help me get back on the road. We race all over the country, but on the morning of a scheduled trip to Pennsylvania we ran into some truck issues. L&S made our problem their problem too, prioritizing us and pulling all the strings to get us back on the road promptly. They know their stuff, they treated me like royalty throughout, and they could've just as easily told us 'hey it isn't going to happen today man' -- but they didn't. Out of quite a few service shops I have worked with over the years of having a small trucking company I now exclusively get my work done here. They understand smaller size trucking fleets and the importance of getting their trucks back really quickly. The turnaround time is exceptional. They are extremely thorough extremely transparent and have been sending my trucks here since 2018. With any business not everybody is perfect but these people get pretty God damn close.
The service technician was great in quickly finding the problem that shut down our RV! His troubleshooting was right on and the failed connection caught. He quickly ordered another connection and the fuel line we needed and repaired them both, so we could continue on our trip.
