Medium Duty Truck Sales Person

The vehicle salesperson is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at approved dealership gross profit levels while maintaining established volume and customer satisfaction standards.

The Sales Person must Complete Ford Sales Consultant Training and maintain certified status.  Obtain a Sales License. Maintain a good driving record and have a CDL or be able to obtain a CDL. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate and Deliver new and used trucks. Be able to complete sales paperwork,  and understand federal, state and laws that govern retail truck sales. Maintain a prospect development system.  Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefit to customers.

Service Technician

A Technician is responsible for the actual service and /or repair of vehicles assigned to them by service management or their designated representatives. 

They must complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.  Maintain an inventory  of normal mechanic's tools.  Properly use the special tools and equipment provided by the Service Department.  Produce quality work that evidence pride in workmanship.

This is a physically demanding position. Must be able to stand for 7 to 8 hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel.  This person must be able to lift up to 75lbs.

Parts Counter Salesperson

The Parts Counter Salesperson acts as the principal contact between the Parts Department and internal, retail/wholesale counter or outside customers for the sale of parts and accessories.  The primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and to maximize dealership sales of parts.
